Short run DVD Duplication
Typically the DVD Duplication process is perfect for Under 500 Units due to the high set up costs of DVD pressing. Amstore utilises only the highest quality DVD-R s/ DVD +R or DVD DL in its duplication manufacturing process. To support our short-run express copying service, we have a complete range of packaging options. These include printed parts, card wallets and all standard CD/ DVD packaging. The lead time for quick-turnarounds is on average 1-2 days from approval of proof.
Volume DVD Replication
DVD Replication is the normal process for the production/ manufacturing of 500 Units +. Due to its low cycle time (approx. 4seconds per DVD) - it offers great economies of scale on large DVD production projects. Due to high set-up costs the unit costs decreases significantly based on volume.
We manufacture our Audio CD and CD rom replicated products to industry standards. Amstore provides a complete range of packaging, including: Plastic wallets, paper sleeves, ejector cases, jewel cases, with printed parts, digi-paks, lancing packs and card wallets. Standard lead-time is 7-10 working days, but ask about our express service.
