Spectacle specialist launches new flash website
An internet-based specialist supplier of spectacles has launched a new website that incorporates some of the latest flash animation technology, it has been revealed.
EyeBuyDirect.com aims to give consumers access to the kind of glasses they are looking for and its new flash design website has been developed to make the process more enticing to internet shoppers.
Among the features of the new website is a flash slideshow that demonstrates some of the products the internet company supplies, while a "virtual dressing room" gives potential customers a chance to see how they might look in some of the designs on offer.
EyeBuyDirect.com founder and chief executive Roy Hessel said: "The goal was to create a chic atmosphere that makes our customers feel good while shopping and we are confident that they will be impressed with the new design."
Mercedes Aspland, from the internet marketing firm Dazines, said recently that flash website design can enable businesses to bring their online operations to life.
