Adobe aims to make flash website design easier
American software firm Adobe has launched a new tool aimed at making it easier for professionals to deliver the benefits of flash website design to their customers, it has emerged.
The company is convinced that its Acrobat 9 Pro software will enable professional website designers to create a distinctive online presence for their clients.
Acrobat 9, which is set to form part of Adobe's Creative Suite, has been developed to allow flash website designers to collaborate more easily with one another and to use other Adobe products with a greater degree of efficiency.
In addition to website designers, the new solution is designed for use by providers of printing services in the US and around the world.
"With Acrobat 9 we've combined the power, reach and richness of two ubiquitous technologies, Adobe Flash and PDF, to empower customers to create engaging experiences," said John Loiacono, senior vice president of creative solutions at Adobe.
Adobe is headquartered in San Jose, California, has operating bases around the world and employs more than 6,500 people.
